	The Coumadin Calculator is easy to use and consists of a Coumadin Dosing Calculator as well as Initial Dosing Guidelines, Recommended INR by Condition or Disease, and Follow up Algorithms showing recommended redrawing Intervals for INR.
	The Dosing calculator consists of an Initial Inpatient, Continued Dosing and a 7 Day Dose Planner Sections. The newest version now comes with permanent calculator.
	This first illustration shows the Initial Inpatient Dosing Section. In this illustration Day 3 Dosing with a Patient's INR of 1.5 - 1.9 recommends a Dose of 2.5 - 5.0 mg.
	This next illustration shows the Continued Dosing Section. In this example the patient is on a weekly dose of 38 mg but their current INR is < 1.5. The calculator calculates a new daily dose of 6.0 - 6.5 mg. Instead of trying to figure out a 7 Day pill planon your own, this application will do it for you if you hit the "Consider" button.
	The Consider Dose Function takes the suggested new uncorrected Dose and ends up with a new Weekly corrected Dose. The application then loops this value through 7 cycles and gives us a new 7 Day Dose Planner. This can thus be exported to your memo pad with the option to add the Patient's name before importing.
	This illustrates the data prior to exporting it to memo pad.
	This obviously shows the patient's data in the memo pad. From the memo pad it can be printed and given to the patient.
